On May 21st, a special meeting of the Penn State Board of Trustees has a topic listed on its agenda as "proposed project approval, Beaver Stadium renovation.” A $700 million renovation project was announced last year to primarily focus on the west side of the stadium, where luxury suites and other improvements would be added.

JOHNSTOWN, Pa (WJAC) — Officials with Richland School District held a dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony Friday for its new tennis facility. The facility now stands at the site of the old Rachel Hill Elementary School that was shut down and later demolished. The project cost the district nearly $650,000, but leaves the district with six regulation tennis courts, two of which are for public use. District officials say there were able to get more than just the tennis courts.
